St John's Hospice is committed to celebrating and amplifying life, enabling people to live well for as long as possible. They provide care to more than 4,000 patients and their families across North London each year.

Most of their vital work takes place outside of the hospice, in the community, in peoples' homes. They want to reach even more people, creating more moments of joy and compassion both inside and outside of the hospice.
