Hi! I am taking part in the Liverpool Women’s 10k race in September and I’ll be running dressed as a dinosaur with Team Girls on the Go. I am fundraising for LDAS. Donations will be matched by The Very Group up to £200 so let’s see how we can do!!

LDAS information:

LDAS was developed to meet the needs of women and girls impacted by domestic abuse. Our purpose is to support, advocate and help our survivors shape and improve responses to violence against women and girls.

The impact of abuse is often carried over a lifetime if support is not accessed or provided and the trauma can impact many aspects of life. We offer emotional and practical support, counselling, group programmes and a confidence and employment service. This all supports our survivors move onto the next phase of their life.
