Help me (no, really, help! I appear to be about to run a half marathon ...) raise money for the amazing RASASC (Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre) Guildford, where I work. We support survivors of all genders over the age of 13 across Surrey, who have been raped, sexually abused or have had an unwanted sexual experience.

Our services, including Counselling, Helpline and Independent Sexual Violence Advisors (ISVA), are free, inclusive and non-judgmental. Oddly, perhaps, we love what we do. Not the nature of the work of course, but the positive impact we see again and again when survivors get the support they need.

There are so many reasons to be hopeful, we just need to be able to deliver our expert services to more people. And that's where you come in! If you can, donate today. Your kindness and generosity will be empowering survivors and helping them heal. And guilting me into running this thing ...
