I feel incredibly lucky to say that I'll be running the 2026 TCS London Marathon. In 2025, I watched as thousands of people pushed beyond their limits and proved they could do hard things. I left feeling so inspired – and now, it’s my my turn to do the same 💙

1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem of some kind each year in England. That’s why I’ll be running in support of Mind – a charity that is incredibly important to me.

Mental health has always been a part of my story, but this past year has been especially tough. I was living in an environment that didn’t feel right, I was diagnosed with a mental health disorder and the level of sudden change left me feeling lost. It was unfortunately the hardest year of my life.

Running became the one thing that helped me keep going. It gave me a sense of focus, and more than anything, it reminded me that even when life feels completely overwhelming, I’m capable of more than I realise.

That’s why I’m proud to run for Mind. I want to help raise awareness, break the stigma and show how important it is to speak openly about mental health – but also how important it is to find something that brings you strength on the days you need it most. You don’t need to be a runner to understand what it means to keep going when things get hard.
