I'm running the 2026 London Landmarks Half Marathon for Dementia UK.

I'm supporting Dementia UK because my Nan was diagnosed with Dementia several years ago which has devastated us as a family.

This cruel and unforgiving disease can affect the young and old and there is still no cure for all forms of dementia, including Alzheimer's disease.

So I'm running the London Landmarks Half Marathon to help raise funds for vital research for this progressive, life-limiting condition and to raise awareness of this awful disease.
