Story
I am taking on this personal challenge for this incredible charity that have done so much for my little brother Joey who has multiple and complex disabilities. Without Phab he never would have experienced adventure holidays with zip wiring, rock climbing and much more. Not only this, he has become part of an inclusive community that nurtures and supports him.
Me personally, I don't run, unless it's last orders, so the months leading up to the Brighton marathon will be challenging and enlightening. The Phab community who face immense challenges on a daily basis will be my inspiration. I intend to make them proud.
Thank you so much for the support your showing me by donating to this phenomenal charity!
Phab inspires and supports disabled and non-disabled children, young people and adults, to make more of life together, through our network of 130 clubs over England & Wales, with 8,000 members and our Phab residential adventures, breaking down community barriers, reducing social isolation, and creating opportunities for all involved to enjoy the same activities and challenges side by side.
