Our beautiful, cheeky and happy 1 year old nephew Ruben tragically lost his very short battle with a malignant brain tumour, after only being diagnosed on 10th May 2024, he passed away on 14th May 2024 at Birmingham Children’s Hospital.

The care that was given to Ruben & the support to my brother and sister-in-law by all the team in PICU at Birmingham Children’s Hospital, was incredible and as a family we will be forever grateful to them for everything they did for Ruben.

In Ruben’s memory, I am running the London Marathon to raise money and give something back to this incredible charity to ensure that children like Ruben, continue to get the care they deserve.
