Myself and Matt have taken up the challenge of running 62 Miles (100km) in March each. It’s not a marathon or an Iron man competition but it is for a very good cause at least. In aid of fundraising for Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM).

CALM is leading a movement against suicide. Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives. And 75% of all UK suicides are male. CALM exists to change this by offering life saving services, provoking conversation and bringing people together to reject living miserably.
