Far too many of us have felt the pain of losing someone we love. With your donations, we power groundbreaking cardiovascular research to save and improve lives, bring hope to families, and keep hearts beating across the UK.

Story

I’m hiking the 46 mile Limestone Way to raise money for the British Heart Foundation, and I’d love your support.

Last year my mum passed away suddenly from heart disease, with no symptoms or warning signs. While my family and I are still coming to terms with the grief, it’s clear there's very little awareness around heart and circulatory disease.

This hike is about raising money to support the BHF, but raising awareness is just as important. If you’re unable to donate, you can still make a difference by sharing this page with anyone who can help support the cause.

I hope that whatever we raise helps the BHF continue their life-saving work, and prevents other families from losing their loved ones far too soon.
