We are a team of passionate Paediatric Metabolic dietitians (Indy, Farzana, Natalia, Elaine and Dalvinder) who support children with rare inherited metabolic disorders. These conditions require strict, specialist diets that are life-saving.

These children often require to follow complex dietary regimes-some cannot process protein, others need specialist medical foods and medications.

We are raising awareness and money for Metabolic Support UK - an amazing charity supporting families at every stage of this journey. They provide vital support, advocacy, and resources, and campaign for better access to care and treatment.

We are thankful to the Parkrun Race directors and parkrun community in supporting our campaign to help raise the profile of inherited metabolic disorders.

We will be fundraising with our “homemade samosas” stall at each parkrun. We will be taking part in the local parkruns and for some of our team members it will be their first parkrun!
