Hi I'm a stroke survivor and since recovering in 2022, I have started doing various events, and choosing a charity to support. In 2025 i applied for London 2026, and got a place, so once my enployer Edwards coached teamed up with The Welsh Air Ambulance I decided to run and raise money for them, as they do such a magnificent job, and touch so many lives. If you can spare just a pound to help it will be worthwhile.
