KOTR 2023 was amazing (and hard) but this will be even better (and harder of course) !!!

End of April, with colleagues, I will be doing a 3 day cycling in the region of Girona - Spain

Well actually .. I'm extending it to a 5 day adventure!

I'll start a day before at the King Barcelona office, will cycle over 100km to Girona, cycle around for 3 days then cycle back to Barcelona to add to the challenge ;)

Full trip will be 540km over 6500m climbing.

Barcelona to Girona : 117km / 799m

King Of The Road day 1 : 97.7km / 1650m

King Of The Road day 2: 117km / 2120m

King Of The Road day 3: 93.7km / 1300m

Girona to Barcelona : 117km / 745m

I'm undertaking this epic ride to raise money for MSF/Doctors without borders (https://www.doctorswithoutborders.org/), which is a global movement providing lifesaving care. They provide emergency assistance to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics and natural or man-made disasters, without discrimination and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.

There's 60 of us taking part = target of £30,000
