We would love to raise money for the Forget Me Not Suite at the RUH hospital which provides an important space away from the busy maternity ward for grieving families who are experiencing a stillbirth or neonatal death.

It allowed us privacy when giving birth and a peaceful surround to spend time with our beautiful little girl. Also provided are precious keepsakes such as memory boxes and a casting service for treasured little hands and feet. Funds would also go towards a range of services from bereavement training to non-hospital bed sheets for the double bed that feel more homely or sleep monitors for new parents to take home during their next daunting pregnancy to help set their minds at ease and get a good night's sleep...baby allowing!

Our bereavement midwife Bex fundraises for this room every year alongside other parents who have experienced the devastating loss of a child. If we can do anything at all to keep this special place equipped for those who will be unfortunate enough to walk the same path as us in the future then we would love to do so in Elowen's name.
