I'm taking part in another Duchenne Dash, THE flagship fundraising event for Duchenne UK. It's an amazing challenge - cycling 300km from London to Paris in just 24 hours. It's a tough feat (and needs tough feet...) but it's all worth it. Every penny raised from the Duchenne Dash goes towards funding vital research and accelerating the development of treatments for Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

Duchenne muscular dystrophy is a devastating muscle-wasting disease that affects children and young adults, including my nephew Eli. It robs them of their strength and independence, making everyday tasks a struggle. But together, we can make a difference.
