Friends! In honour of the warrior and champion that I and many others have had the privilege of calling a close friend and brother, Alex (f******) Bryant, I'm going to completely batter myself over 21km and 30 obstacles as part of a Spartan Race on October the 7th, and on October the 28/9th I will be taking on the ultimate challenge - The Polar Circle Marathon. Which is exactly what it says on the tin.

No one should ever have to endure this affliction - So please help me raise some money for an incredible charity, dedicated to saving the warriors still fighting - And if you're free on Saturday October 7th or really keen and fancy flying to Greenland on October 28th, come and support me; I'll definitely need it!
