Leyton ground to Cloud county ground walk

One the 17th,18th and 19th April we will be looking to walk from the Leyton ground to the Cloud county ground in Chelmsford. The total is between 30 and 35 miles approx. over the 3 days.

Leyton cricket ground was Essex cricket clubs home from 1885-1933 and hosted games until 1967. In total 412 first games were played at Leyton. When Essex play Lancashire on the 19th April it will over take Leyton by hosting 413 games. The walk is arranged to celebrate that. It will take in other grounds to have hosted cricket for Essex on the way.
