Last year's fundraiser for the Ukraine appeal was pretty successful and inspired me to make this an annual tradition.

This year, I took the time to research; find a charity that is personal to my community, one that our target goal would make a small difference to, and a cause that genuinely needed more awareness.

"Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) is a brain network disorder that can encompass a diverse range of neurological symptoms including limb weakness, paralysis, seizures, walking difficulties, spasms, twitching, sensory issues and more. Anyone of any age can receive the diagnosis. For many symptoms are severe and disabling, and life-changing for all."

FND affects between 70,000, 120,000 Adults and Children in the UK Alone.
