It's ten years since my dad Paul died from Motor Neurone Disease.

I am marking the tenth anniversary of his death by taking part in the Dart 10k as a 'Skins Swimmer.' Ie without a wetsuit.

I originally swam the Dart 10k in his memory in 2014 - but that was wearing a wetsuit. This will be much tougher.
