After years of trying - I will be running the London Marathon in 2024! I've challenged myself to do better than my personal best time (my last attempt in Brighton saw me limping across the finish line) and what better way to motivate myself than raising some money for charity that is truly making a difference.

I am proud to be running on behalf of the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation, an organisation that has been ceaselessly committed to the protection of wildlife in some of the most awe-inspiring corners of our planet. In a time marked by alarming rates of global biodiversity loss, the urgency of environmental and wildlife preservation has never been more apparent in securing the long-term well-being of our Earth.

The David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation has taken on the critical mission to Fight, Protect, and Engage in the name of endangered wildlife across the globe. Through collaborations with dedicated conservation partners who operate on the front lines of the battle against wildlife crime, this foundation stands as a shield for some of the last remaining wildlife strongholds and unspoiled wilderness landscapes on Earth. In the face of an escalating climate crisis, the strain on these already diminishing populations and habitats is growing exponentially.
