I'm raising money for St Johns Ambulance as it was one of my best pal Saint's preferred charities. He ran the London Marathon with me in 2010 for St John Ambulance. We always laughed that as his name was St John he couldn't really run for anyone else but he struggled on the day to get any shout outs along the marathon route that year, as no one could quite distinguish his name from the charity! Tragically we lost Saint earlier this year. Nothing could prepare us for this loss so I am trying to do whatever I can to make some sense of it by taking part in events such as the Royal Parks Half ( we ran this many times over the year so it feel a fitting one to do this year ) So please help in anyway you can as the St John Ambulance is a fantastic charity and medical emergency service particularly at grass routes sporting events.
