Climbing Mount Toubkal

The Chiltern Centre provides bespoke, individualised care to young people with learning disabilities. It gives them opportunities to socialise, learn new skill, move towards greater independence and have fun. All the while it provides their families with a much needed break from their caring role.

Story

An intrepid trekking team (including me!) from Workbooks CRM have signed up to climb Mount Toubkal in Morocco in June.

The arduous trek will see us climb the highest mountain in the Atlas Mountains, walking for three solid days, and climbing 4,167m to the top.

Some of you may know that a month ago I spent four days in hospital as I couldn't even walk due to a back injury, so this is a big undertaking!

As a group, in total we're aiming to raise £10,000 for the Chiltern Centre - a great charity who provide respite care for disabled young people.

So please do give generously!

Many thanks,

Dan
