Those who know me know how much family, including my sister Lauren, means to me.

Back in April 2020, Lauren was diagnosed with Ewing's sarcoma—a rare and aggressive cancer with pretty grim survival rates. It's hard to put into words how it felt watching her go through the many grueling rounds of chemotherapy.

Against all odds, now - nearly five years on - she's in remission, with a beautiful daughter, Margot. Her journey has been an inspiration to all of us.

We've decided to run the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2025 to raise money for Sarcoma UK. Their work in supporting patients and funding research has been a big help to families like ours navigating this awful disease.
