Story
On 19th September 2026, I’ll be taking on a challenge that will push me well beyond my comfort zone, trekking Snowdon, the highest mountain in England and Wales, through the night.
I’m doing this to raise vital funds for Katherine House Hospice (KHH), an organisation that provides outstanding specialist palliative care for adults with life-limiting conditions across North Oxfordshire and South Northamptonshire.
KHH supports people and families at some of the most difficult moments in their lives. Their care goes far beyond inpatient services, reaching into the community through specialist nurses, a Living Well programme, a dedicated hospital team, and compassionate bereavement support. Their focus is not just on end-of-life care, but on helping people live with dignity, comfort, and choice — and supporting loved ones every step of the way.
Trekking Snowdon by night will be physically and mentally demanding, but it’s a small challenge compared to what many individuals and families face every day. By taking this on, I want to help ensure Katherine House Hospice can continue delivering the care, support, and reassurance that so many people rely on.
Every donation, no matter the size, will help KHH continue their vital work. Your support means more care, more comfort, and more moments that truly matter.
Thank you for helping me deliver something meaningful, together we can make a real difference.
