I'm swimming 10k down the River Dart in September with my good friend Graham. It's swimming's equivalent of a marathon.

We're raising money for Level Water - a charity providing swimming lessons to children with disabilities across the UK.

A very generous market research company I know (Shed Research) has kindly donated my fundraising target of £250 already.

Any more you can give is a bonus and just helps give more children the opportunity to learn to swim.
