In April 2025, I will be participating in a 5-day charity trek through Patagonia as part of a group of ~100 colleagues and, ahead of the trip, I'm raising money for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).

Per NAMI, 1 in 5 US adults live with a mental health condition. A gift to NAMI, the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization with more than 700 NAMI state organizations and affiliates, will help those who work in your communities to raise awareness and provide support to those in need.
