This fall, I will be participating in a 6-day charity trek through the Balkans as part of a group of ~100 colleagues and, ahead of the trip, I'm raising money for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).

Per NAMI, 1 in 5 US adults live with a mental health condition. A gift to NAMI, the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization with more than 700 state and local affiliates, will help communities raise awareness and provide support to those in need.
