Dan’s fundraiser for Motor Neurone Disease Association

Yorkshire Marathon 2024 · 20 October 2024 ·
My name is Dan Bullock, and I am taking on an incredible challenge: running the Yorkshire marathon to raise funds and awareness for Motor Neurone Disease (MND). This cause is deeply personal to me as my fiancé's beloved grandad, Peter Simpson, bravely battled MND before passing away. His courage and resilience have inspired me to make a difference.
MND is a devastating condition that affects the nerves in the brain and spinal cord, leading to muscle weakness, loss of mobility, and difficulties with speech, swallowing, and breathing. Currently, there is no cure, and treatments are limited. By supporting this marathon, you're helping to fund crucial research and provide support to those affected by this relentless disease. Every step I take will be in honor of Peter and others who have fought or are fighting MND.
Your donations will go directly to MNDA a leading organisation dedicated to research, patient care, and support for families impacted by MND.
Please join me in this journey by donating to my JustGiving campaign. Together, we can bring hope to those affected by MND and move closer to a world without this devastating disease.
Thank you for your generosity and support.
