Story
Dance for Difference is a community dance showcase now in its third year running, bringing together local dance schools and groups to perform in aid of charity. The event celebrates community spirit, creativity, and inclusion, while raising funds for a chosen charity each year.
This year, we are proud to be supporting CCAA (Childrens Chronic Arthritis Association), and all funds raised through the event will go directly towards their work.
Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) is a rheumatic condition affecting children and young people and can take several different forms. CCAA is a volunteer led charity run by people who have been affected by JIA and are passionate about supporting others. They have no statutory funding and have to fund raise every penny they spend. Donations help to fund all the projects and events they run across the country and all the family support services they operate too.
