I'll be running the Berlin Marathon on 27th September 2026, in aid of Marie Curie UK and in memory of my mum Gill.

This won’t be in costume, as I am putting everything I’ve got into to getting a PR of under 3 hours.

But as part of my training I am running the Solihull Half Marathon on 8th August and hoping to take the Guinness World Record for the Fastest Half Marathon dressed as a microphone (male) - on top of my existing GWR for the Fastest Marathon dressed as a microphone (male)

I am once again raising funds for Marie Curie - an unspeakably brilliant UK charity who provide care for anyone anyone with an illness they’re likely to die from, and those close to them, in memory of my late mum Gill. Marie Curie is a charity working across the UK and I need your support to help them do their vital work.

My mum was treated by the disgraced criminal surgeon Ian Paterson, who is currently serving jail time for carrying out unnecessary and unsatisfactory prodecures on women across the West Midlands. She is one of over 60 women whose inquests are set to be heard at Birmingham Coroner's Court. At present he is set to be released before the conclusion of these inquests.
