Before my grandad passed he asked my mum if we could do an activity to raise some money for Rennie Grove as the nurses and charity had provided such amazing care to him and my nan. Although he said it had to be something we hadn't done before.

There has been a walk myself and my mum have always wanted to do which is the whole of the Ridgeway. The ridgeway is 89 miles finishing on Ivinghoe Beacon, which also happens to be my Grandads favourite place. So in June we are planning on walking the ridgeway in just 3 days and finishing with coffee and cake on the beacon for my grandads birthday.

We are also setting ourselves a few other challenges throughout the year to raise as much as we can for a charity that took such amaxing care of my grandad when he needed it most 💙.
