On January 15th 2024, I was rescued by the Warwickshire & Northamptonshire air ambulance after a motorcycle accident which broke my spine, fractured my ankle, lacerated my liver and bruised my lungs. Without the emergency care provided by the men and women of the air ambulance service I may not have been able to walk again, let alone fight. I've spent the past year and a half working incredibly hard on my recovery, and I'm taking part in a charity boxing match on July the 19th to give back to this incredible organisation that helps people like me having the worst day of their lives every day.
