I enjoyed the Ride from Bournemouth last year so much that I’m back for more and supporting the brilliant Palace for Life Foundation all over again.

The Palace for Life Foundation has been working with young people for over 25 years. We use the power of sport and Crystal Palace to change the lives of young people within our community, particularly the most hard-to-reach and hard-to-help.

Growing up in south London has never been tougher but we are in a unique position to drive positive change.
