Hearts Together is an amazing charity which provides affordable accommodation and wrap-around support for patients and their loved ones during hospital visits.

Having had short hospital stays with both of our sons - not for long periods, and, thankfully, both made a full recovery - we have seen first-hand the importance of a facility like Hearts Together, and the kindness of the staff and volunteers who make it possible. I have been a Trustee since early last year, and I'm long overdue an attempt to bring in some money!

The Hotel itself offers an amazing refuge for those who need it, but the charity needs more financial support, not only to maintain the current level of exceptional service for its beneficiaries, but also to expand to meet demand.

I'll be proudly wearing Hearts Together on my chest as I plod through the rolling hills of Plymouth for the half-marathon this May, and any contributions for a cause close to my heart will be gratefully received.
