I will be running the 2025 Belfast Marathon for Action Mental Health, a fantastic organisation based throughout Northern Ireland. They offer a wide range of services to help those struggling with their mental health, and have emerged as the standard bearer in this area in NI, helping to smash the stigma of mental illness for all sections of the community.
