Story
At the end of September, I’ll be running my first ever marathon, the Loch Ness Marathon, and I’ve decided to do it in support of Fertility Action.
Fertility is something that affects so many people, often quietly and behind closed doors. The emotional, physical and financial impact can be huge, and it’s a journey that can feel incredibly isolating at times.
Over the last few years, I’ve seen first hand just how important support, awareness and access to reliable information can be for people going through infertility and fertility treatment. Fertility Action does amazing work helping individuals and couples navigate that journey, while also campaigning for better understanding and support.
Running a marathon was never something I thought I’d do, and honestly, the training is already pushing me well outside my comfort zone, but it feels like the right challenge to take on for a cause that means a lot to me.
If you’re able to donate, support or even just share the page, I’d be hugely grateful. Every contribution helps support the work Fertility Action continues to do for people and families across the UK.
Thank you so much 💙
