The charity CCPA is one that is very cloclose to my heart having helped me and my family through a very totough period in our lives when George was diagnosed with LCH.

George's battle with LCH was only when the charity entered our lives however but they have remained a big part of our lives now over 5 years later still caring for our family as they do many others.

So as I do these mad things such as here in swimming, biking and running 70.3 miles I can't think of a better organisation to fundraise for. And if you are free on Sunday and have nothing better to do feel free if local to come and give me a cheer on. It may just help get me through that half marathon.
