Hello everyone!

I’m Daniel, one of the Specialist Palliative Care Team at Tameside Hospital.

I would love to try and raise funds for our SWAN model to support the high quality End of Life Care we provide every day.

I’m preparing to throw myself from a tall height at Tatton Park, all in the name of End of Life Care.
