Story
My beloved mum, Nina Green, sadly passed away in February 2024
As many of you will fondly remember, Mum adored children and spent much of her working life with children both as a childminder, governer of Highcliffe Junior School and with her work in the police
She was a proud Mum and an even prouder Nanny, and loved bringing a smile to all the kids she met, forming an instant connection and a lot of mischievous giggles
Mum was hugely passionate about making children’s lives better and, instead of donating flowers, we are honoring her generous spirit by choosing donations to go to this wonderful charity whose mission would have been so close to Mum’s heart
Make-A-Wish® UK grant life-changing wishes for the thousands of critically ill children across the UK. Sadly, the number of wish enquiries from seriously ill children with less than a year to live is rising fast. They need help to meet this urgent demand now - before it’s too late. For families with critically ill children, every day counts. Your support has the power to make a wish come true for a critically ill child, allowing families to create lasting memories that they will treasure forever – no matter what the future holds.
