The Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge

Our next exciting event in aid of our chosen charity Candlelighters, is the Yorkshire 3 Peaks. 7 members of our team will be taking on the challenge and climbing over 1600m, across 39.2km all within a 12 hour window. The route will take them via Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough walking across loose, steep, slippery, rocky, and uneven mountainous terrain, so this really will be a test of their stamina and determination. All the team are gearing up with training walks and gym sessions to get them ready. Take a look at the pictures below to see them in action.

Candlelighters has been our chose charity for the last 2 years and we are very passionate about supporting them in the work they do helping families living with childhood cancer. We have set a target for our team to raise £1,575 and if they achieve this goal, we will match the donation, giving an overall target of £3,150.
