Hello - I'm Daniel and I work for Brent Foodbank and this is my first ever triathlon (arrrrrggghhh!!!). But I can honestly not think of a better cause I'd rather swim, cycle and run (even just writing it terrifies me!) for than Brent Foodbank.

Every day I see first-hand every day how essential your support is in providing a vital lifeline to the people in our community unable to afford the essentials. People who have no one else to turn to.

At Brent Foodbank we are feeding almost 1,200 people a month, over a third of whom are children, and we can only do it through support from wonderful, generous people like you!

So any donation, no matter how small, really does make a difference.
