This November, I’ll be taking on the Limitless Trails Backyard Ultra in Crickhowell – a tough event where runners complete a 4.2-mile loop every hour until they can’t continue.

I’m running in memory of my girlfriend’s dad, Simon, who sadly passed away from pancreatic cancer. This is my way of honouring him and supporting Pancreatic Cancer UK, who fund vital research, campaign for change, and provide expert support to families affected by this devastating disease.
