Hi everyone and firstly thank you for taking the time to visit my fundraising page. It’s a bit of a long story so bear with me….

In 2020 I was meant to run the London landmarks half marathon on behalf of Ellenor. They had cared for my Grandma Sheila Martin when she most needed it. Sadly my grandma passed away on the 18th October 2018 after a battle with cancer. So I wanted to do something to give back to the charity that helped our family in these tough times.

I spent months training towards it and raised much needed money for Ellenor, however we all know what happened in 2020…. COVID!🦠 The race was cancelled and I ended up having to run a virtual half marathon which I did complete successfully. I was then transferred into the 2021 race however due to injury’s and also the fact I developed some personal health issues I had to stop running and wasn’t able to compete. Once I got my health issues sorted I struggled to get back into running and a few years passed without a single mile covered….. But that’s changes NOW! I’ve finally got my running shoes back on, and I felt like I had some unfinished business to deal with. So I got in contact with ellenor and have managed to secure a place in the 2026 London Landmarks half marathon! So now I’m going to do it all again, and my fundraising journey starts now!

Ellenor are the most brilliant charity they care for so many people within the local community and I’m sure many people reading this will know someone they have helped personally. So please donate anything you can and help me raise some money for them and follow me on my fundraising journey once more! 2026 LLHM he we come!!
