Later this year I’ll be running the Great North Run for Dementia UK. Dementia recently took a very pivotal role in my life when my Uncle Michael was recently diagnosed. I’m fundraising for Dementia UK in a hope of that they can increase the service and help on offer to those with Dementia to make it easier to be diagnosed or be cared for when having dementia. I’ve grown up with Michael my full life and seeing him slowly change has been hard, hopefully with the money fundraised Michael and other people effected will feel a great benefit and their life be improved.
