I am running Havens Hospices Southend Half Marathon 2025. Little Havens provide amazing support and care for my daughter Sienna and I will be running my first ever half marathon and fundraising to give something back to this fantastic charity to continue their invaluable work in the community.

My daughter Sienna was born in January 2017. When Sienna was born she had a brain injury due to lack of oxygen at birth. Sienna is now 8 years old and she is the most happiest little girl. Due to her brain Injury, Sienna now has Severe Complex Needs, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Microcephaly and Dystonia. Sienna is also registered severely sight impaired and has bilateral hearing loss. We as a family, get the most amazing support from Little Havens, based in Daws Heath, Hadleigh.

With the support of Little Havens, Sienna has access to the support she needs and she also has access to the amazing facilities based there. Sienna has access to the Sensory Room & Hydrotherapy pool along with all the other amazing facilities they offer. This is not just for Sienna, as the care for the family is just amazing. Without funding, places like Little Havens would not be able to offer the support they do for Children like Sienna and families like mine. They also offer incredible support for adults in Fair Havens.
