In January 2025, we have challenged ourselves to take on a HYROX to help raise money for people living with cancer.

In August I lost my sister to cancer after a couple of years of battling this disease. Over the next few years we’ll be looking to does some challenges to rise money for this fabulous charity who helped support her through some very hard times.

HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

I'd be so grateful if you could help us reach our £800 pledge, which could run the Macmillan Support Line phone service for 2 hours.

There are currently 3 million people living with cancer in the UK today. It's Macmillan's goal to be there for everyone from the moment of diagnosis, but they can't do this without donations from people like you.
