In July 2026, I will be competing in my first Olympic distance Triathlon!! It is not just any old Triathlon though, Croyde is recognised as one of the toughest Olympic distance triathlons, both in the UK and Globally.

I will be raising money for two fantastic charities and splitting the money 50/50 between them, Earth Action North Devon and Alzheimer's Society.

Earth Action North Devon

Earth Action North Devon (formerly PFND) is a local charity on a mission to protect and improve our environment through community led action. We aim to connect people with their natural surroundings through conversations, education and events to protect what our very existence depends on.

Alzheimer’s Society

Their pioneering research programme works in collaboration with world leading scientists and people affected by dementia, ensuring the research they fund is the highest quality and addresses the highest priority issues.

Together, we will make breakthrough discoveries in how we understand the causes of dementia, develop effective treatments, improve care and ultimately find a cure.
