For the third year I shall be running the Cardiff Half in support of City Hospice - a wonderful charity based in Cardiff. Here's a very tired me after the last time in 2023.

City Hospice is the only provider of home-based specialist palliative care in the capital. Their services are provided free of charge, meaning the charity needs to raise more than £3 million each year to ensure they can keep sending their nurses out into the local community.

City Hospice is at the heart of Cardiff, providing end of life care to patients in the local community. With your support, we can continue to provide specialist palliative care to people at home, offer welfare advice to those who need it, and counselling for loved ones.
