We are fundraising for Children’s Hospice South West in memory of Phoebe.

Phoebe had spent time here on many occasions and Charlton Farm supported her and her family in her final days.

Every year we now put on a bright halloween display in rememberance of Phoebe and with the hope of raising some money for this amazing charity.

Children's Hospice South West provides hospice stays, emergency care, palliative care and end of life care at 3 children's hospices; Little Bridge House in Devon, Charlton Farm in North Somerset and Little Harbour in Cornwall.

Please help me reach my fundraising target to provide care and support to babies, children, young people and their families across the South West.
