The Christie Hospital offered outstanding care for my wife Liz who had proton beam therapy for a brain tumour in 2023.

Liz, our son Reuben and I have already made many more memories together since.

So running a bit is the least I can do. I like a 5 or 10k but this will be my first half marathon.
