Story
On December 19th 2023, my Dad sadly lost his brave fight with Cancer. During his final days with us he was cared for by the remarkable team at Y Bwythyn palliative care unit, Royal Glamorgan.
In honour of Dad's memory, I will be completing 2 events at this years Long Course Weekend in Tenby to help raise money and donate to Y Bwythyn for their ongoing work and support of other families who have to deal with this horrible disease.
On Saturday 22nd of June, I will be completing The Wales Sportive 112 mile cycling event
Followed by Sunday 23rd of June, I will be completing The Wales Marathon 26.2 mile run
